Prices can change at the absolute discretion of the proprietor at any time

Deposits must be half when booking or in full , if within 30 days of arrival

Cancellation fees - less than 30 days before arrival, 100% is forfeited, more than 30 days before arrival,  full   deposit is forfeited. Also no refund if you have paid by credit card, but later decide you do not wish to use the service.

Travel and Ski Insurance is recommended , to cover illness etc. Insurance will not cover voluntary cancellation.

Snow conditions - The company and its agents cannot be held resonsible for Snow conditions, therefore any alterations to travel dates due to snow or weather conditions do not exempt passengers and clients from cancellation conditions mentioned above.

Not included in the cost. Meals other than those specified, personal insurance, items of a personal nature, National park fees except on coach tours, Ski lift tickets unless specified and paid for, and transfer costs unless on a fully inclusive coach tour.

Ski Clothing- It is advisable to bring warm clothing, gloves and protective goggles.Prices - are subject to change without notice. Beginners message- Learning to ski is made easier by using shorter, easier to control skis before you progress to longer ones.This is called graduated length method, or GLM, and increases the learning speed considerably !

Warning : Skiing , and snowboarding can be dangerous, skis do not always release, and Snowboards and blades do  not release at all.  We do our best to provide a good level of expertise to all hire customers, but you should be aware  and accept there are possible accidents that can occur in snow sports.       

Responsibilities - - The accommodation, lift companies, insurance companies and transport companies and their agents all have their own terms and conditions under which they provide their services to you, so please check with them carefully. The contracts for service are between you , the customer, and the individual service providers. Alpine Resort Motel and Alpine Coaches Holidays accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, damage, delay or inconvenience whether arising from or as a result of its own negligence or otherwise and also reserves the right to refuse travel or services advertised, if in its own discretion it feels justified in doing so. In this event no refunds will be given unless written permission is obtained from us. I have read the terms and conditions above and have had them explained to me.
